You will step into an international oriented setting to learn and contribute to the organization transformation journey. In this way, you will contribute to the change management ambitions ranging from communication, implementing AI (Gen/Agentic AI) use cases, data & AI trainings, managing transversal data & AI events up to set up of community of practice to advancing the adoption of Data & Artificial Intelligence capabilities across Air France KLM organization. In short, you will be part of the Data & AI change management drivers with Air France KLM organization. Where do you land? You will work in the Air France KLM Group Data & AI department which is responsible for defining the Group Data & AI strategic framework and transformation strategy. This department is comprised of 3 different teams, and the location will be Air France Head Office with frequent travelling to KLM Head Office in Amsterdam. Description de la mission What are you going to do? You will be responsible for implementing a Data & AI change management plan within Air France KLM, support the teams and business in implementing the adoption tracks on different aspects of data & AI. This will entail managing multiple management tracks such as deployment of AI projects, development of internal data & AI communication, development of data & AI trainings, driving internal community of practices and support different adoption initiatives like the definition & implementation of data & AI related workshops, events to advance internal Data & AI literacy. Profil recherché Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s or University master’s degree in communication, business administration, marketing, technology, computer science or social sciences. Soft skills: What is expected: easy in dealing with others, you can switch effortless from one activity & assignment to another, you can quickly analyse the underlying problem, you are independent but also enjoy working with others in the team and you can clearly convey your message to others. Lastly, flexible enough to frequently travel between Amsterdam & Paris for business. Furthermore: • You have some experience or affinity with artificial intelligence (AI), data & technology • You know how to deal with content creation (text, video…) and storytelling.
