The CIG, located along the Ourcq canal near Paris and accessible via RER (Pantin, line E) and metro (Eglise de Pantin, line 5), offers a pleasant environment with modern amenities and numerous restaurants.
The Information Systems Department (DSI), reporting to the General Secretariat, comprises 30 staff members across 5 services.
The CIG is engaged in exciting technological projects, such as transitioning to hyperconverged architecture and creating a new server room.
As the head of the SIRT, you will participate in defining strategic directions with other DSI managers, oversee the operational condition and evolution of IT infrastructure and networks, and ensure their security. You will promote user experience and maintain technological vigilance.
Responsibilities include:
1. Design and evolution of the SI: Develop the overall organization and architecture of the information system, anticipating technical impacts.
2. Team management: Lead a team of 5 agents (including an apprentice), organize meetings, and support skill development and role responsibilities.
3. Project management: Lead service projects using established project methodologies, standardize procedures, and improve practices.
4. SI security: Ensure system security in collaboration with the RSSI, control risks, implement security policies, and manage security solutions (antivirus, antispam, WAF).
5. Incident management: Oversee operational activities, manage technical incidents.
6. Administrative management: Participate in budget planning, manage purchases, licenses, contracts, and relationships with providers and users.
7. Support and advice: Assist with IT projects, support users, and stay updated on technological advances.
Regular decision-making on duty.
Qualifications:
* Degree Bac+3/+5 in networks and cybersecurity, with at least 5 years of experience, preferably with management.
* Skills in virtualization, Microsoft 365, IP telephony, Cloud.
* Knowledge of strategic and regulatory issues of IT in local government.
* Qualities: autonomy, rigor, service orientation, teamwork, change management.
