Génération Intérim recherche pour un de ses clients dans le domaine du commerce et de la distribution un(e) contrôleur/contrôleuse de gestion.

Responsibilities include:

1. Produire and analyze operational management indicators (mainly: turnover, margins, stock shortages, inventory).
2. Support operational teams in managing their activities and addressing management issues.
3. Ensure the construction and monitoring of the company's budget.
4. Participate in monthly closing operations (prepare entries, monitor costs, analyze variances) and consolidation.
5. Establish and/or animate store income statements.
6. Draft, update, and disseminate management procedures.

The role also involves a commercial aspect, which includes:

1. Supervising inventories.
2. Assist store managers and teams, ensuring their skill development in management.

Qualifications:

* Hold a BAC +4 or from a business school.
* Proficient in EXCEL and other management software.
* Strong analytical skills with numbers.
* Organized, rigorous, and proactive.
