Vos missions :
L'Account Manager gère les ventes, le marketing et le développement des produits Tereos pour les marchés non alimentaires (papier, carton ondulé, biotechnologie et chimie verte). Le poste inclut la fourniture d'une assistance technique aux clients, en particulier sur les marchés du carton ondulé.

Au quotidien :
Gérer, maintenir et développer les affaires :
- Négocier les volumes, les prix, les termes et conditions avec les clients existants et potentiels dans la zone définie/portée
- Fournir une assistance technique aux clients du carton ondulé. Diriger, soutenir et suivre les implémentations techniques chez les clients
- Promouvoir et introduire de manière proactive de nouveaux produits auprès des clients existants et potentiels
- Avoir une excellente connaissance de son portefeuille de clients
- Se coordonner avec les fonctions internes : gestion des produits, qualité, chaîne d'approvisionnement, support technique/à la clientèle, afin d'optimiser la satisfaction, l'attention et l'expérience des clients
- Mettre en oeuvre la stratégie et la politique commerciale de l'entreprise
Gérer les processus de vente :
- Analyser et optimiser les ventes/marges des produits dans la zone/le champ d'application défini(e)
- Créer et suivre la gestion administrative des contrats de vente
- Être responsable de la tenue des dossiers, de la planification, de l'assurance des performances de vente et d'exécution
- Effectuer des visites périodiques chez les clients et en rendre compte aux parties prenantes par le biais de l'outil CRM (Salesforce)
- Être proactif avec la proposition d'une politique commerciale sur sa zone
Développer le portefeuille de clients :
- Analyser, développer et optimiser le portefeuille de ventes en fonction des opportunités sur le marché
- Développer et maintenir des relations stratégiques avec les clients
Analyse du marché :
- Enregistrer et consolider les données du marché
- Analyser les offres de la concurrence
- Suivre la situation et l'évolution de la demande par rapport à l'offre afin de définir le plan de vente optimal
- Recueillir les informations pertinentes sur le marché pour les ventes afin de soutenir la prise de décision
- Déterminer la stratégie dans des domaines tels que la pénétration et le développement du marché

The
Account Manager manages the Sales, Marketing and Development, of Tereos
products towards non-food markets (Paper, Corrugated Board, Bio-Technology and
Green Chemistry). The job scope includes providing Technical Support to the customers
particularly in Corrugated Board markets.

You will BE part of a european team
Manage, maintain and develop the business :
- Negotiate volumes, prices,
terms and conditions with existing and potential customers in the defined
area / scope
- Provide Technical Support to
Corrugating Board customers. Lead, support and follow up technical
implementations at customers
- Pro-actively promote and
introduce new products to existing and potential customers
- Have an excellent knowledge
of his/her customer portfolio
- Coordinate with internal
functions : Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer/Technical
Support; for the best customer satisfaction / focus / experience
- Implement commercial
strategy and policy of the company
Manage the Sales Processes :
- Analyse and optimize sales
and margins of products in the defined area/scope
- Create and follow the
administrative management of sales contracts
- BE responsible for maintaining
the records, planning, ensuring the sales / execution performance and report
out concerning the customer portfolio under the responsibility : Sales
forecast and trends, contract's conditions and prices
- Make periodic customer
visits and report to the stakeholders through CRM tool (Salesforce)
- BE proactive with the
proposition on commercial policy on its area / scope
Develop customer portfolio :
- Analyse, grow and optimize
the sales book per opportunities in the market
- Develop and maintain strategic
customer relationships
Market analysis :
- Record and consolidate
market data
- Analyse competitive offerings
- Follow the demand versus
supply situation and evolution in order to define the optimal sales plan
- Gather the Business &
Market Intelligence information, relevant to sales to support decision making.
Determine strategy in areas such as market penetration and market development
Generalities :
- Perform the role according
to the rules of safety, hygiene, food safety, quality and environment, and
procedures on the sites
- Help to nurture a
collaborative team environment by participating, contributing and supporting
team activities / meetings
- Support the continuous
improvement initiatives through direct participation and / or championing the
related initiatives
- Experience :
minimum 5 years with a strong preference for corrugating production knowledge.
Technical education in Chemical, Process Engineering is a plus
- Dutch
and English are mandatory. French is a Plus
- Competent
in informatics tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM tools is a
plus
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills (able to communicate with customers
from shop floor to mill managers)
