You will specialize in providing tailored legal solutions for businesses, governments, and developers. With years of experience in the ever-evolving energy sector, we offer unmatched expertise in:

* Energy Transactions (Renewable, Oil, Gas, and Power)
* Regulatory Compliance & Environmental Law FRENCH
* Construction Disputes & Contract Negotiations
* Commercial / Project contracts ie - O&M, PPA, EPC,
* negotiating power purchase agreements and gas supply agreements;


You will be admitted in France / Paris and have experience in advising clients on complex power, Renewable energy & natural resources (mining and oil & gas) and infrastructure projects internationally, **** You must be Post 3 yrs admission / past the French bar exam.
