Job Description SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES SSE - Implement and manage the HSE strategy within its perimeter - Implement and enforce HSE regulatory measures (ICPE, waste management, etc.) - Train, inform and support internal stakeholders (business tools, awareness-raising initiatives, communication, etc.) - Carry out HSE controls (visits, inspections, audits, etc.) on its perimeter and formalize the results - Identify, analyze and assess HSE risks within its scope (cause trees, DUERP, prevention plans, reporting of risk situations, etc.) and propose corrective action where necessary - Monitor and update safety indicators (frequency rate, severity of workplace accidents, number of reports of dangerous situations, etc.) and environmental indicators (emissions, carbon footprint, consumption, etc.), in collaboration with CSR teams - Prepares documentation for the tender phase of commercial projects within its scope - Contribute to internal and external HSE audits and propose corrective actions where necessary - Contribute to maintaining the HSE certifications of the sites within its scope Watch - Maintain a regulatory watch for its activity (safety, environment, etc.) - Contribute to the continuous improvement of its activity (protocols, business tools, procedures, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Guarantees the implementation and management of the HSE strategy - Guarantees the control of HSE risks within its perimeter - Ensure the maintenance of certifications within its scope - Contribute to the success of audits within its scope - Know, apply and strictly enforce health, safety and environmental rules with internal stakeholders - Know, apply and enforce internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S) 3 to 5 years' higher education in the HSE field and/or 5 years' significant experience preferred desired SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Technical skill(s) - In-depth knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations - General knowledge of project management - General knowledge of IT tools and information systems - Intermediate level of English (B1) Behavioral skill(s) - Organizational skills - Analytical skills - Synthesis skills - Interpersonal skills - Responsiveness - Pedagogy - Adaptability
