Senior sap hcm consultant

DETAILS:

* Role: Senior SAP HCM Consultant
* Location: remote in France
* Languages: French and English
* Contract: freelancer
* Duration: 6-12 months + extension


Must-Have:

* Strong understanding of local payroll compliance for the French - local laws and regulations/scenarios within SAP ECC and configuration. Weekly payroll, real-time reporting, and the impact on other system dependencies.
* Hands-on configuration experience within ECC and Payroll.
* Sharp business-facing skills and ability to work closely with the internal customer and external vendors.


Knowledge & Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll for France
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Technical understanding and basic configuration skills
* In-depth knowledge of HR systems and software, especially in:

-Organizational management

-Personnel administration

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

-Local language capabilities
