Your Superpowers in Action
Talent management & training: You lead internal programs (Talent Review, action plans) and statutory processes (professional interviews), in collaboration with the Global HR Business Partners. You develop and implement training plans and track individual action plans. Under the supervision of the HR Director, you serve as the main point of contact for the Executive Committee and the Works Council on training matters.
Recruitment: You support managers in the processes for defining and approving roles, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team. You also help develop a partnership program with schools and universities.
Communication & belonging: You contribute to the promotion and activity of the HR page on our internal social network, and you help run the Belonging community on site.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, with 2–5 years of experience.
English is essential (about half your time will be spent working with English-language materials).
Prior experience in international, matrix organizations will help you become productive quickly.
Prior experience in talent management and training is a plus.
Strong ability to organize and prioritize—you deliver your projects on time.
Employee experience is one of your top priorities.
