About the Role:

We are currently hiring a Deskside Engineer to join our growing team in Rennes (Combourg), France. This is a long-term opportunity supporting a key client with on-site end-user IT support. If you're hands-on, reliable, and ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide on-site desk-side IT support for end users (hardware/software troubleshooting)
* Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripheral equipment
* Assist with OS & application support (Windows environment)
* Manage tickets, escalate issues when needed, and ensure SLAs are met
* Collaborate with global IT teams when required


Requirements:

* Proven experience in IT support / deskside support roles
* Fluent French and professional-level English (spoken & written)
* Valid driving license – some travel may be required
* Full-time valid work permit to work in France
