En tant que Planificateur de Production H/F, vous jouez un rôle central dans la fluidité de notre chaîne de valeur. Vous assurez la disponibilité des produits dans les délais, en orchestrant les priorités entre la demande client, la production et les flux supply, tout en garantissant l’excellence opérationnelle. Votre impact au quotidien Pilotage du planning de production Construire, ajuster et fiabiliser le planning de production en tenant compte des prévisions, des commandes clients, des niveaux de stock et des capacités industrielles Anticiper les besoins en matières premières et composants afin de sécuriser la continuité de production Suivre l’exécution des ordres de fabrication et réagir avec agilité face aux aléas (urgences clients, aléas techniques, ruptures) Performance & excellence opérationnelle Piloter les indicateurs clés : OTIF (On Time In Full), service client, manquants, couverture de stock Garantir l’alignement entre le planning de production et les engagements de service Identifier les risques supply et alerter de manière proactive, en proposant des solutions concrètes Coordination transverse Être un véritable point de convergence entre Production, Qualité, Maintenance, Approvisionnements et Supply Chain Animer les priorités hebdomadaires et adapter les plans en fonction du contexte opérationnel Collaborer étroitement avec le Demand Planning et l’ADV pour fiabiliser les engagements clients et replanifications S’assurer de la faisabilité industrielle des plannings avec les équipes terrain Amélioration continue Optimiser les paramètres de planification (tailles de lot, contraintes de production) pour gagner en efficacité Contribuer activement aux projets d’amélioration du site Structurer, standardiser et faire évoluer les processus Votre profil Formation & expérience Bac3 à Bac5 en Supply Chain, Génie Industriel ou Production Expérience d’au moins 3 ans en planification, ordonnancement ou approvisionnement en environnement industriel Maîtrise d’un ERP, idéalement SAP PP/MM Bonne connaissance des logiques MRP Solides bases en gestion des stocks (couverture, sécurité, obsolescence) et en planification industrielle Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et utilisation de Power BI Compétences clés Rigueur, sens des priorités et forte réactivité Excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes Aisance en communication dans un environnement multifonctionnel Esprit d’équipe et orientation résultats Autonomie et sens du service client Français courant, anglais opérationnel Pourquoi rejoindre PPG ?
