We are looking for a client-focused Yacht Account Manager to join our team in Antibes office.


Position Summary


A Yacht Account Manager provides financial and accounting services to Owners and Captains who belong to our expanding fleet of Yachts. He/she ensures that assigned Yachts are operated and maintained and represents the owner’s best interests.


Key Duties & Responsibilities


* Budgeting;
* Monthly accounts;
* Payments of invoice, payroll, and insurance coverages;
* Liaise proactively with the Captain, Crew members, Owner/Owner's rep, other departments and industry players, including banks and insurance companies;
* Ensure the smooth operation of Yachts;
* Provide accurately monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.


Required experience and skillset


* Previous experience as a Purser or Yacht Account Manager is required. Experience with high-net-worth individuals or managing multiple yachts/accounts will be advantageous;
* Fluent in both English and French;
* Strong communication skills to liaise with owners, captains, and service providers;
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills, especially for managing budgets and expenses;
* Ability to adapt and implement new systems (e.g., accounting software or management tools);
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude, willing to collaborate with other departments.
