As our new Inside Sales Specialist, you will have the chance to actively engage in sales activities within SMB (small to Medium business) or Corporate (commercial) accounts. You will be driving cross-selling and up-selling activities with existing accounts, as well as new customer acquisition, in collaboration with our Key Account Managers.


Other responsibilities will include

* Maintaining and developing customer installed base through order management, contract handling, licensing, vendor support, and promoting Crayon's strategic offerings including SAM and Cloud services
* Initiating and participating in sales initiatives such as outbound/inbound calls, networking, emailing, and lead cycle management, as well as quote creation
* Contributing to new customer acquisition by following up on opportunities and marketing campaigns, and addressing licensing queries as they come up
* Collaborating with Key Account Manager in day-to-day activities


Your Competencies

* 2+ years’ of B2B sales experience, focused on attracting new customers and cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers
* Previous experience with Microsoft software licensing
* Master’s degree from a business school or similar will be highly regarded
