What you\'ll build and who you\'ll work with
* Support tools & systems: Sophisticated platforms that empower our support team to deliver exceptional member experiences
* Operational solutions: Systems that combine technical excellence with a deep understanding of support workflows and member needs
* Automated support workflows: AI-driven automation that handles routine tasks, letting our support team focus on complex member needs and relationship building
Role
You\'ll lead 6-15 engineers across multiple crews, working closely with product managers, support operations, and data scientists. You\'re the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real member impact. In this role, you will:
* Set technical direction: Balance debt with features, establish quality standards through code reviews, and drive operational excellence in monitoring and security
* Build talent density: Strategic hiring, honest performance management, and engaging technical challenges that excite engineers
* Enable effective collaboration: Foster psychological safety, facilitate knowledge sharing, and address team dynamics proactively
* Drive strategic alignment: With product partners, improve development efficiency using modern tools, and ensure realistic commitments that balance technical needs with business goals
* Stay hands-on: Architecture decisions, technical problem solving, and maintaining your engineering skills while developing as a leader

Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
