Votre mission Vous pilotez la fonction Construction & Commissioning (C&C) au niveau mondial. Vous vous assurez que les Régions disposent des bonnes compétences, ressources, processus et outils pour exécuter les projets (HVDC, FACTS, ACS, Services) en Sécurité, Qualité, délais et coûts. Vous êtes le moteur de l’excellence opérationnelle, de la montée en compétence et de la compétitivité des équipes C&C. Responsabilités clés • Définir, déployer et améliorer en continu les processus et solutions de référence C&C. • Manager les équipes centrales C&C et COE, animer le réseau des équipes Construction régionales. • Piloter la stratégie de ressources (planification, recrutement, formation, sous-traitance). • Définir et déployer les outils C&C en lien avec les Régions et les équipes digitales/DT. • Suivre la performance globale C&C (Sécurité, Qualité, OTD, coûts, compétitivité) et arbitrer les ressources entre Régions. • Promouvoir une forte culture EHS sur tous les chantiers. Profil recherché • Au moins 10 ans d’expérience en management de projets clés en main et/ou de construction, idéalement dans les réseaux électriques / énergies / renouvelables. • Expérience confirmée en environnement matriciel et international, leadership par l’influence. • Forte capacité stratégique, organisationnelle et de planification. • Excellent relationnel, esprit d’équipe et de réseau. • Anglais courant, déplacements fréquents. The GSI Construction & Commissioning (C&C) Leader has the overall responsibility of C&C function. The GSI C&C Leader is responsible of ensuring that GSI Regions have the right capabilities, resource, processes & tools to perform the Construction & Commissioning activities of all projects (HVDC,FACTS, ACS, Services), with Safety, Quality, On-Time-Delivery and according to budgeted costs. The C&C leader will drive the operational excellence, ramp up and competitiveness of the C&C teams globally; He/she reports directly to GSI Chief Operations Officer (COO) Construction & Commissioning Function scope • The Construction & Commissioning scope is covering the civil work, erection, testing & commissioning scope for all projects executed in GSI. It includes the management of subcontractors & consortium partners associated to this scope. • The Construction & Commissioning scope covers both ITO and OTR Responsibilities Processes GSI C&C function owns the Construction and Commissioning processes, as such it defines, documents and deploys all the processes required to perform best in class construction and commissioning works at construction Sites Ensure Continuous Improvement by capturing and implementing Lessons Learned on projects, improve processes accordingly Define, document and implement standard processes and C&C Reference Solutions People Management Directly leads C&C Central Teams who are working on processes, tools, resource strategy and global improvement initiatives, as well as Global COE (Center of Excellence) teams supporting the Regions for C&C works. Functionally lead Region Construction teams to ensure proper performance with the respect of policies and procedures Ensure proper team development plan including coaching for leadership skills & construction expertise Resources Drive the resource strategy for all C&C teams – aligning to GSI S&OP process. Ensures each Region has a long-term resource plan defined based on commercial forecast and defining resource needs by C&C role. Ensures each Region deploys the resource strategy by having recruitment plan, training plans, partnerships and subcontracting strategy. Define the consolidated resource strategy including Regional plans, cross Regions resource allocations, COE ramp-up and support, Central Teams as well as corresponding tools. Ensure proper construction expertise level to execute on time, with proper level of EHS, quality and within budget. Manage competencies development initiatives and Site Manager certification. Tools C&C Functions is responsible for defining and deploying the right tools for professional and efficient Construction and Commissioning of GSI projects. C&C Leader works in close cooperation with Regions and DT Team for the purpose Performance C&C function is responsible for the overall performance of its operations in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs and competitiveness (active driver of the reference solution implementation). C&C Operations are managed in the Regions, but GSI C&C Leader ensures that Regions are performing C&C works as per processes, have the right resource and support. As required, C&C Function will arbitrate resource allocation and prioritization cross Regions to support operations. Quality Ensure proper reporting of Quality issues in the corresponding tools, including Lessons Learnt. Animates Quality sharing across the Regions to allow continuous improvements. Analyze Lessons Learnt and takes actions to adapt C&C processes accordingly. Environment, Health and Safety Safety is our top priority and Construction & Commissioning operations is where the Company has most risks. GSI C&C Leader has a primary role in propagating the right EHS culture across all C&C teams by all means. As such, he/she has to take all initiatives and actions to ensure that all employees and contractors systematically apply EHS rules and standards, starting with proper risk assessment and mitigation.
