Faisant partie de Global Markets and Technologies (GM&T), l'activité Maritime relie un large éventail de marchés mondiaux à des molécules essentielles à travers les frontières et les océans. Air Liquide Maritime est organisé autour de quatre unités opérationnelles, à savoir Offshore Energies, Cryogenic Supply, Global Rare Gases et Global Helium, et soutient également OCEOS, une joint venture qui offre des services de transport de CO2 et de barging pour les projets de CCS (Capture et stockage du carbone) à travers l'Europe.


Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?


Under the supervision of the Air Liquide Maritime QHSE Director and covering 8 different countries, you will have attractive responsabilities.


Under the supervision of the Air Liquide Maritime QHSE Director and covering 8 different countries, your main responsibilities will be the following:

* Harmonization of the quality management system, including review of existing procedures, to ensure compliance both with ISO 9001 and the Group Industrial Management System Standards for all Business Units. To achieve this mission you will need to communicate with all BU and sites, understand the existing structure, identify the best practices and be sure that they are used to improve the existing system.

* Select a proper tool to ensure documentary management of the Management System across all Business Units and be the initial point of contact with the technical team in the deployment of the selected tool.

* Define and deploy the Quality document management system organisation for the Air Liquide Maritime (at central level) in the selected tool and define the governance for the four Business Units. This will include definition of access rights and documents revision management.

Skills & Know-How:

* Bachelor or Master degree preparation in engineering or science

* A first experience or project on the ISO 9001

* Capacity to synthesise and embark stakeholders

* Excellent written and presentation communication skills

* Analytical mindset

* Self organisation

* Proactive

* Good priority management

* Curiosity to understand different kind of businesses and operations

* Fluent in English, French is a plus
