Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Roadmap & Transformation Leadership
* Define and prioritize the digital transformation strategy of OCD Finance, aligning with Group Finance framework and in coordination with the IT Value Driven Program Manager and Product Owner.
* Lead the global Finance IT program as the Business Owner across both OCD BUs, coordinating the backlog prioritization from a need perspective with country finance teams, IT, and other stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for process standardization, automation, and digitalization, including Data Governance, ERP systems, BI, and AI use cases deployment.
* Promote a culture of automation and continuous improvement, sharing best practices and providing training to enhance adoption.
* Identify synergies with Group, other divisions, and the GSP. Provide guidance in setting these synergies in OCD processes then IT and Data AI solutions.
2. Data Governance & BI deployment
* Establish and oversee data governance principles, including data quality, access rights, and procedures.
* Drive data harmonization across OCD entities to ensure consistency and reliability.
* Lead the development and lifecycle management of Finance BI dashboards, reports, and data repositories in close collaboration with OCD Central / BU controlling.
3. Business & System Requirements Definition
* Collaborate with finance leaders, business stakeholders, and IT to understand needs and translate them into functional system requirements.
* Map existing processes and local use cases, and define the translation into global stardandised processes.
* Define the scope, milestones, and deliverables for system rollouts, ensuring scalability, compliance, and ROI.
* Support vendor selection, system evaluation, and gap analysis.
4. Project & Change Management
* Lead cross-functional project teams in executing system deployments, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Preparing the Steering committees from a Finance standpoint, making a recommendation on the GO/ No GO decision process.
* Coordinate testing, training, and change management activities to facilitate smooth adoption.
* Customize system configurations to meet local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements while maintaining global process integrity.
* Oversee data migration strategies and execution, ensuring data integrity and validation.
5. Support & Continuous Improvement
* Provide ongoing support to end-users post-implementation.
* Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for enhancements, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, and business ownership within an Agile driven IT Project Management environment.
* Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and controls.
* Familiarity with Group Finance tools (e.g., Alcyone, Planning Analytics) and Netsuite is a significant advantage.
* Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
* Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
* Proven ability to collaborate with business and IT teams to optimize processes and systems.
