À propos du poste

En tant que Directeur(trice) de Site, vous serez responsable de la direction, de la performance et du développement du site de production de Mayenne. Rattaché(e) à la direction mondiale, vous superviserez l’ensemble des opérations du site, en garantissant le respect des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et du Code de la santé publique, tout en favorisant une culture forte en matière de sécurité et de qualité.

Votre mission

Leadership stratégique & Direction

* Garantir la fabrication et l’approvisionnement des produits GSK conformément aux plans de production et de distribution à court et long terme de GSK

* Définir et piloter les changements en cohérence avec la stratégie du site et la vision de l’entreprise

* Diriger la planification et la mise en œuvre des investissements en matière d’infrastructure, de technologie et d’équipes

* Aligner le site sur les priorités mondiales en matière de qualité, sécurité, service et coûts

* Assurer une communication et une collaboration efficace avec les parties prenantes internes et externes

Gestion des opérations et des équipes

* Assurer la satisfaction de la demande des clients en toute fiabilité

* Instaurer une culture d’amélioration continue (GPS) pour renforcer la compétitivité du site

* Gérer proactivement les risques liés à la production et aux opérations pour garantir la continuité d’approvisionnement

* Superviser l’ensemble des opérations industrielles : production, planification des capacités, suivi de la performance

* Favoriser l’excellence opérationnelle, la modernisation digitale et l’amélioration continue

* Développer et responsabiliser l’équipe de direction du site pour atteindre les objectifs fixés

Qualité, conformité & HSE

* Garantir le respect des BPF, des normes de sécurité, d’environnement et d’hygiène

* Soutenir les audits, mettre en œuvre les actions correctives et piloter les plans d’amélioration de la qualité

* Instaurer une culture de qualité "Right First Time" et assumer la responsabilité des questions de conformité

* Promouvoir un environnement de travail sûr, inclusif et bienveillant pour tous les employés

Performance & engagement

* Atteindre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), les budgets et les attentes clients

* Maintenir un bon climat social, encourager la collaboration transversale et stimuler un fort engagement des employés

* Inspirer et motiver l’ensemble des équipes vers l’excellence opérationnelle et le respect des BPF

* Représenter le site à l’interne comme à l’externe

Profil recherché

Diplômes

* Diplôme de niveau Master en ingénierie, pharmacie ou management industriel (ou équivalent)

Expérience

* 15 ans ou plus d’expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou de la production industrielle

* Expérience confirmée en direction stratégique, gestion de site et coordination d’équipes transverses

* Maîtrise des systèmes d’amélioration continue (ex. : GPS, Lean)

* Capacité à gérer des enjeux techniques, opérationnels et humains complexes

Compétences clés

* Compétences techniques solides avec une bonne compréhension des opérations, qualité, ingénierie et logistique

* Excellente connaissance des exigences réglementaires en matière de qualité, sécurité et environnement

* Vision globale des enjeux de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et de l’industrie

* Expérience avérée dans la direction d’équipes de leadership, l’amélioration de leurs performances et leur montée en compétences

* Solide expérience dans un environnement de production, notamment en opérations de fabrication secondaire

* Capacité à construire une culture de confiance, d’autonomisation et d’amélioration continue

* Excellente communication dans un environnement complexe, matriciel et en constante évolution

Langues

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Site Director to lead our Mayenne facility — a position with wide-reaching impact across operations, people, performance, and innovation. About the Role

As Site Director, you will be responsible for the leadership, performance, and development of the Mayenne manufacturing site. Reporting to senior global leadership, you will oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and the French Public Health Code, while fostering a strong safety and quality culture.

Your Mission

Strategic Leadership & Direction

* Ensure the manufacturing and supply of GSK products are in line with GSK’s short & long-term production and supply plans

* Define and lead any changes aligned to the site’s strategic direction and business vision

* Lead investment planning and deployment across infrastructure, technology, and teams

* Align the site with global priorities in Quality, Safety, Service, and Cost

* Ensure alignment of the Site with the Supply Chain, Network, and GSK through timely stakeholder communication and engagement

Operational & People Management

* Reliably supply agreed demand to customers

* Ensure a GPS culture of continuous improvement is in place to drive site competitiveness

* Proactively manage risk inherent in production and site operations to ensure supply continuity to GSK commercial business

* Oversee all industrial operations: production, capacity planning, performance monitoring

* Drive continuous improvement, digital modernization, and operational excellence

* Develop and empower the site leadership team to deliver against goals

Quality, Compliance & HSE

* Ensure site adherence to GMP, safety, environmental, and hygiene standards

* Support audits, implement corrective actions, and drive quality improvement plans

* Drive the adoption of the Right First Time quality culture across the site and accountable for all quality compliance issues

* Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive working environment for all employees

Performance & Engagement

* Deliver against KPIs, budgets, and customer expectations

* Maintain a strong social climate, inspire cross-functional collaboration, and drive high employee engagement

* To lead and motivate site management and employees towards the pursuit of operational excellence and attainment of Good Manufacturing Practice.

* Represent the site both internally and externally

Qualifications

* Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or Industrial Management (or equivalent)

* 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing sector

* Proven track record in strategic leadership, site management, and cross-functional teams

* Experience in performance improvement frameworks (e.g., GPS or Lean systems)

* Ability to navigate complex technical, operational, and human challenges

Skills We're Looking For

* Tehnical competence with deep understanding of Operations and other functions such as Quality, Engineering, and Logistics.

* Strong compliance knowledge of EHS, Quality, and other compliance requirements crucial for business

* Broad business understanding of commercial supply chain and industry.

* Experience of having led leadership teams, raising standards and improving collective profile of the team.

* Experience within manufacturing and supply environment with particular emphasis on secondary manufacturing operations.

* Extensive experience in building a culture of trust, empowerment, and continuous improvement

* Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-moving, complex, and matrixed environment.

Languages

* Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
