Within the UX Adoption team, the apprentice will be supporting and deploying User Experience's adoption initiatives. His/her main activities aim to facilitate the transition to new technologies supported.

We are looking for an apprentice to operate internal channels (Viva Engage, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and assist with the adoption strategy and UX transformation initiatives. This internship offers valuable learning opportunities, hands-on experience, and real responsibilities in an international and dynamic environment.



In this context, your main assignments will be to:

* Support UX adoption initiatives by delivering effective internal communications about collaborative tools.
* Create the adoption team content (presentations, newsletters, internal campaigns, etc.).
* Handle the logistics and production of internal adoption events.
* Co-Develop and execute communication activities, including webinars, newsletters, videos, viva engage posts, and email campaigns, through a structured editorial calendar.
* Contribute to the global adoption strategy of key projects impacting global regions.



Your profile :


* Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.
* Acknowledgeable in digital tools such as SharePoint, Viva engage, and M365 other tools.
* Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Creative and strategic mindset to deliver engaging content.
* Proactive learning capabilities and interest to self-explore tools to comprehend is desired
* Understanding ITSM & change management concepts is an advantage.
* Fluent in English and French, Spanish is a plus.


Apprenticeship contract is based at Issy-les-Moulineaux. Tram T2 and RER C.
