Job Description Summary JOB PURPOSE Based on the activities assigned by his/her hierarchy, the Communications Manager defines and oversees the deployment of the internal and/or external communications strategy to develop the company's brand image in order to inform, attract and retain stakeholders (internal and external). Job Description SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES - Draw up and manage the communication plan defined with your superiors (calendar, content strategy, events, partnerships, campaigns, etc.) - Build and deploy brand strategy (graphics, values, etc.), in collaboration with line management - Define the content strategy and deploy it on the various communication channels - Manage the digital and print media plan (intranet, website, social networks, etc.) - Supervise and monitor the implementation of content in communication channels (website, social networks, etc.) - Manage and develop press and media relations - Supervise events based on the defined strategy (set-up, follow-up, budget, etc.) - Define and monitor performance indicators (ROI, etc.), based on agreed objectives - Define the operating budget in collaboration with line management and oversee budget monitoring RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Define and oversee the communications strategy defined in conjunction with line management - Manage and develop relationships with various stakeholders (internal and external) Ensure operating budget monitoring - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE Diploma(s) and/or experience(s) Bac5 level in communications and/or marketing or 5 years preferred significant experience Specific knowledge(s) Technical skill(s) - In-depth knowledge of marketing and communications - In-depth knowledge of communication tools and channels - Advanced intermediate level in English (B2) Behavioral skill(s) - Creativity - Responsiveness - Adaptability - Rigor - Analytical skills - People skills
