To accelerate lead generation and support revenue growth across Edenred’s Business Units, we are strengthening our paid acquisition capabilities.

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will act as a central expert and coordinator for paid acquisition topics (SEA, Paid Social, and Lead Providers), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and cost-efficient leads. For some of our business units you will own and optimize paid acquisition activities.

You will also act as an internal consultant, collaborating closely with local Marketing & Sales teams across our Benefits & Engagement business line countries to ensure paid acquisition initiatives are fully aligned with business objectives and tracked and monitored. You will need to analyze business and support BUs in their business analysis, understanding the full lead-to-contract path.

YOUR ROLE

Your key missions will be the following:

1) Paid Acquisition Strategy

1. Understand, revise and challenge Business Unit’s digital acquisition strategy through business reviews with local expert

2. Act as a central expert and coordinator for paid acquisition topics across the Benefits & Engagement Business Line, covering SEA (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta Ads), and Lead Providers.

3. Ensure consistent governance, best practices, and performance standards across markets and partners.

4. Identify optimization and scaling opportunities across channels, continuously improving cost efficiency and lead quality.

5. Track and analyze at Business Line Level the paid acquisition KPIs, including CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality metrics.

2) Paid Acquisition Execution

6. Define and drive paid acquisition strategies for selected Business Units to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and cost-efficient leads, aligned with business and revenue objectives.

7. Own and directly manage paid acquisition activities for these Business Units, from campaign setup to ongoing optimization and performance monitoring.

8. Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing page interactions to improve performance.

9. Synchronize with local Sales team to ensure end-to-end performance monitoring from leads to contracts.

3) Business Analysis

10. Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze digital marketing and sales performances to provide actionable insights. Leverage analytical tools to assess performance

11. Challenge Business Units: Collaborate with local teams to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and challenge current strategies. Support BUs to implement tracking and proper reporting

12. Consulting & recommendations: Act as an internal consultant, providing data-driven operational recommendations

13. Reporting & Presentations: Create reports and presentation to communicate results to key stakeholders, translating complex data into clear & actionable insights

4) Animate your digital marketing community

14. Prepare and facilitate regular workshops, expert coffees, and knowledge-sharing sessions to spread best practices, share use cases, and deep-dive into key topics (paid media innovation, tracking, AI, lead quality, etc.).

15. Act as a thought leader and connector, fostering collaboration, standardization, and continuous upskilling of digital marketers while promoting experimentation and innovation across the group.

YOUR PROFILE

16. 6–8 years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or digital marketing roles, with a strong focus on SEA, Paid Social, and lead generation, ideally within an international or multi-regional organization.

17. Proven hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign structuring, bidding strategies, budget management, and performance optimization.

18. Demonstrated experience working with lead providers or external paid acquisition partners, with a strong focus on lead quality, CPL optimization, and conversion performance.

19. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable optimization actions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

20. Solid experience with tracking, analytics, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and CRM or lead-tracking systems, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.

21. Comfortable managing budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality) to achieve marketing objectives while identifying opportunities for improvement

22. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Marketing & Sales teams, and external partners across multiple countries, fostering an environment encouraging knowledge sharing and joint problem-solving

23. Organized, rigorous, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering value to the business.

24. Fluent in English (written and spoken); a second language (Portuguese, German, Spanish, Italian) is a plus.

25. The role includes international exposure and occasional travel, particularly across Europe and LatAm.

26. Education: Business school degree or Master’s in Digital Marketing, Marketing, E-commerce, or equivalent
