A top-tier bilingual international school in Lima (600+ students, IB program, private ownership) is looking for a dynamic Business Manager (Principal) to oversee operations and drive the school’s growth strategy. The school is part of a family-run educational group with strong ties to Spain 🇪🇸.


🎯 Your mission:

▪️ Lead Administration, Admissions, Maintenance, and Infrastructure

▪️ Ensure operational excellence & service quality

▪️ Be the visible face of the school and represent it with confidence


🧠 You bring:

✔️ Degree in Business Administration or similar

✔️ 10+ years of experience, 6+ managing teams

✔️ Experience in education (operations/commercial roles) is a plus, but not mandatory

✔️ Full proficiency in English and Spanish

✔️ Strong leadership, communication & a hands-on mindset


📍 Location: Lima, Peru

✈️ Relocation required – this is an on-site role
