Responsibilities:

* Prepare preliminary studies (feasibility, diagnostics, opportunities, socio-economic studies)
* Manage and monitor technical, financial, administrative, legal, and land aspects
* Lead the development of programs and select project managers (if not internal), contractualize and oversee all service missions (fauna-flora inventory, impact study, geotechnical study, CT, CSPS AMO)
* Organize interventions, hold meetings with port agencies, liaise with port clients and local authorities, and manage administrative authorizations
* Prepare and monitor procedures for evolving work contracts and oversee their execution, support project managers and operators until delivery, commissioning, and warranty completion
* Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and partner and client constraints
* Participate in working groups on specific investment topics and lead related actions, coordinate service providers
* Promote technical policies and facilitate practice convergence between agencies


Profile:

* Engineering degree in BTP with experience in development or construction operations, or an experienced BTP project manager
* Proficiency in managing civil engineering and VRD projects
* Knowledge of environmental regulations or sustainable development
* Budget management skills
* Rigorous and organized


Examples of projects:

* New port constructions (Vitry-Les Ardoines: €10M)
* Port rehabilitations (Ivry-National Port: €6M)
* Creation of fluvial structures (passenger terminals, waiting zones for mariners)

Salary: €45K - €60K depending on profile (junior or experienced) over 13 months.
