Responsibilities:
* Manage daily HR operations for the Europe region, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, etc.
* Develop employer branding strategies tailored to the local market, maintain university partnerships, and optimize recruitment channels.
* Handle employee onboarding, contract management, social insurance, housing fund, and other compliance-related matters in alignment with local labor laws.
* Address cross-cultural differences, resolve conflicts in multicultural teams, and organize employee engagement activities.
* Assist in designing competitive compensation and benefits structures for the European market, including payroll processing and cross-border payments.
* Drive the implementation of performance evaluation systems and maintain HR data synchronization with headquarters.
* Develop training programs for European employees, covering language, technical skills, and cultural adaptation.
Requirements:
* Language: Fluent in English/French, Chinese proficiency
* 5+ years of HR experience; overseas work experience is a plus.
* Strong cross-cultural communication skills
