Responsabilités :
Etablissement et implantation de la stratégie XPENG de vente aux sociétés sur le périmètre national et plus particulièrement :
* Élaborer, implanter et suivre la politique de vente aux sociétés déployée auprès du réseau de concessionnaires,
* Assurer l’animation et le suivi des principaux prescripteurs nationaux, acteurs de LLD, courtiers, etc…. ,
* Assurer un référencement de la marque auprès des parcs des PME et comptes intermédiaires,
* Assurer une présence aux évènements et salons professionnels,
* Maintenir un suivi des valeurs résiduelles auprès des acteurs du marché, quoteurs et Loueurs de Longue Durée,
* Définir la stratégie Véhicules d’Occasion et assurer la revente des véhicules d’occasion utilisés par la marque,
* Assurer une veille commerciale permanente afin de maintenir la compétitivité commerciale, identifier les évolutions fiscales du marché et détecter les opportunités commerciales,
* Analyser les évolutions commerciales du canal des ventes sociétés et de ses performances,
Exigences :
* Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente de flottes chez un constructeur automobile
* Familiarité avec les principales sociétés de location en France ainsi que le canal PME
* Bonnes compétences en anglais
* Diplôme de bachelor ou plus
* Grande expérience dans la gestion et le développement de comptes.
* Compétences extraordinaires en résolution de problèmes et flexibilité dans les opérations quotidiennes
* Sens aigu des responsabilités et esprit entrepreneurial.
* Bonnes compétences en communication et en exécution, esprit d'équipe prononcé
Responsibility :
* Responsible for Fleet sales channel building and SME company development
* Fleet sales target setting and monitor to ensure the target achievement
* Develop fleets sales policy to keep competitive in the market
* Maintain good relationship with Leasing Companies and other leasing partners
* Support dealer network within their fleet sales,
* Manage high Residual Values with main market stakeholders and Guide books,
* Ensure the resale of Company Used Cars at their best value within the dealer network
* Analyze key competitors fleet sales policy and performance, ensure taxation changes understanding and adjust France fleet sales strategy accordingly
Requirements:
* At least 3 years fleet sales experience in OEM
* Familiar with France key leasing company, brokers and SME channel
* Good French and English language skills
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Proven track record of managing and growing sales accounts.
* Extraordinary problem-solving skills and flexibility in daily operation
* Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.
* Good communication and execution skills, strong team spirit
