Well known your in-charge Segment market, focus on Segment trends, Competitor information, Customer innovation BOP, sales funnel covert and supporting, RQT position and solution offer. Analysis the segment market and support Sales and technical to offer RQT value added solution from MKT perspective. Support sales to achieve China business growth target by Segment.

1. Food market segments identify and analyze based on targeted segments

2. Launch marketing segment study and plan yearly

3. Build the MTP / Market Segment Strategy, support its China Commercial and Marketing plan implementation

4. Segment growth team leading, prepare and take responsibility for each segment Campaign, Seminar, Conference, Trainings, Promotion tools, WeChat or other activity etc.

5. Supporting ROQ product line positioning in China

6. Indentify business opportunity via BOP / New idea review, Proactive Pull and Conversion the Customer innovation on available solutions to serve the related market segment.

7. Supporting on Innovation Projects, New launches, value proposition etc.

8. Key customer report and visiting supporting : Key customer visiting and reports preparation, link the market updates with CTS solution from ROQ perspective
