- Assist customers with preparing and consolidating orders.
- Obtain shipping quotations and respond to related queries.
- Prepare export documentation and support export administration.
- Liaise with relevant authorities as required.
- Coordinate export compliance in collaboration with the production team.
- Manage import documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for both import and export processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
- Ensure adherence to international trade laws, tariffs, and duty requirements.
- Perform other duties appropriate to the position and occasionally support team members.
