Are you a Senior Project Manager with expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Active Directory, and Agile delivery?
emagine has an opportunity for you to support the deployment of a Saviynt-based Identity Management tool across a major enterprise environment.



We are looking for a Proxy Product Owner to reinforce the Tool Coordination team and support entity-level project teams?starting with France. This is a long-term engagement (initial 1-year term, renewable quarterly) in a bilingual (English/French) environment.



Key Skills:

Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) ? ideally with Saviynt


Active Directory (AD)


Agile methodologies


Confluence & JIRA


Stakeholder management & coordination


Architecture understanding (HLD/LLD)


Bilingual: Fluent in English and French


Strong communication and reporting skills


Experience in large-scale tool deployment projects





Key Tasks & Deliverables:

Lead training sessions for entity project managers on the Tool deployment kit (approach, steps, deliverables, RACI).


Facilitate architecture workshops with stakeholders (PMs, Architects, Security) to explain high- and low-level architecture.


Coordinate weekly meetings with entities and support stakeholder management.


Maintain and update deliverable templates and validate entity deliverables.


Provide day-to-day support to entity PMs and the global deployment coordinator.


Manage the repository of deployment kit materials and templates.


Assist in building and tracking project plans, financial follow-up, and business cases.


Conduct gap analysis between target and current processes, including HLD and LLD.


Prepare for build, testing, and roll-out phases.


Report progress, track risks/issues, and interface with technical integrators and product teams.


Deliver Move-to-BAU documentation and manage sign-off processes.

Working Environment:

English and French fluency required
