The SMOB Business Development Manager (SBDM) will have two main missions

As a Business Developer: The SBDM will prospect and generate customer leads In France, and potentially other markets as Netherlands and Belgium (regions are subject to change). He will drive the whole business acquisition from the first pitch down to the contractual phase. He will be responsible for the development of the commercial offer that fits with his customer’s needs. For this purpose, supported by the SMOB Sales manager the SBDM will align with the PG, the SMOB operations, and the SMOB Finance to make sure the offer is technically valid and meets SMOB financial targets.

As a Key Account Manager: The SBDM will lead selected strategic SOB customer accounts through the achievement of annual sales growth. He will build or strengthen the customer relationship, identify customer growth opportunities and influence preference for VS SMOB products and services through a mutual business strategy. He will manage the pricing with his customers to ensure the alignment with VS SMOB Pricing Strategy + secure supply follow up. He will be the window person for his customers to solve any operational issues. He will be responsible for the business reporting regarding his customers (Sales figures and bridge, Budget, MTP, etc.).
