Mission Description
Are you looking for a new challenge in materials? Do you want to join a leading aerospace group with significant challenges? Join Safran Aircraft Engines as an Ingénieur-e Support Après-Vente for the Materials and Processes Division. As a Support Engineer in this division, you will play a key role in developing, validating, and supporting repairs for engines in service (LEAP, CFM56, M88). You will act as a link between repair design offices, maintenance workshops, and materials and processes experts. Your responsibilities include:
1. Being the focal point for interaction with Repair Design Offices and Materials & Processes specialists to develop new repairs.
2. Participating in the industrial validation of workshops applying these repairs by developing test plans, evaluating technical expertise, and occasionally supporting repair workshops. Travel may be required.
3. Responding to questions from aircraft manufacturers and airlines regarding Materials and Processes issues.
4. Providing solutions to in-service problems in Materials and Processes, ensuring expertise and reactivity.
5. Reporting to stakeholders regarding project timelines, feasibility, and impact risks.
6. Contributing to continuous improvement actions within the Materials and Processes Division.
