Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line technical support to users via ticketing system, and on-site.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
- Ensure IT security protocols are followed, including antivirus, backups, and access controls.
- Collaborate with international teams to support IT operations across different regions.
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT systems and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
