About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Revenue Analytics & Operations to spearhead the development and execution of innovative business intelligence (BI) strategies across our global organization. In this pivotal role, you will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making.


Your Impact at ARROW:

As a key player in our team, you will:

* Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of BI and data analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
* Define, implement, and continuously evolve our data analytics roadmap, including dashboards and reporting tools, establishing a structured delivery cadence.
* Collaborate with senior business leaders to deliver KPIs and actionable insights on performance, strategic initiatives, and market opportunities.
* Work closely with suppliers to streamline operational processes that influence data analytics.
* Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient reporting solutions.
* Ensure data integrity through robust governance, quality control, security, and compliance practices.
* Build, lead, and develop a high-performing data analytics and business support team, focusing on recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the analytics function.


Who Are We Looking For?

Education & Experience:

* Master’s or advanced degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
* An equivalent combination of education and professional experience is also welcome.

* Extensive experience with business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting tools.

* Adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
