Mirova est une société de gestion affiliée de Natixis Investment Managers. Poste et missions
* Lead the full investment cycle including origination, desk and onsite due diligence and credit risk assessments of existing and/or potential counterparties, building relationships, negotiating, and structuring transactions to financial close.
* Develop and manage client relationships, lead negotiation of transaction terms and documentation. Work with the team where waivers, amendments, or restructures are required.
* Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from identification through to financial close.
* Maintain high quality relationships with investees for portfolio monitoring purposes and to ensure we cater to their scaling needs, as well as flag potential events of default and or areas of concern.
* Support the Investment Director and fund management teams on potential new strategies and fund-raising initiatives in the region. Provide support in responding to investor due diligence questions, organisation and participate in road shows amongst others.
* Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other relevant events in the region or worldwide, as required.
* Lead, organize or participate in company trainings, conferences, learning initiatives.
* Contribute to the training and development of our investment analysts and associate investment managers, including providing review/ quality control of financial models and other outputs.
* Ad-hoc priority tasks as they arise (e.g., helping on investor site visits/ due diligence requests, road shows).
Profil et compétences requises
● At least 10 years’ work experience in (preferably energy) corporate finance, private equity, private credit, project finance, debt structured finance, or project development in emerging markets in Asia. Equity side experience will be advantageous but not a requirement.
● Experience leading transactions from origination to finance close including carrying out due diligence and credit risk assessments, negotiating and structuring transactions, preparing, as well as presenting investment memoranda.
● Experience in leading arranged syndications including composing the syndicate lenders, negotiating, and structuring the facility terms.
● Passion and experience leading deal teams and investing in the learning and development of junior team members.
● Experience in fund raising and investor due diligence will be seen as an advantage but not a key requirement for the role.
● Fluency in a Southeast Asian language (e.g., Bahasa, Vietnamese, Thai) a plus.
