Position Summary As Sales Manager Flanders, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of pharmacy representatives in your region. You will motivate your team, develop commercial strategies, analyze performance, and actively contribute to the continued growth of our brands in Flanders. Responsibilities 1. Leadership and Team Management Lead, coach, and motivate the team of pharmacy representatives Foster a positive, performance-driven team culture Identify training and development needs Organize product and sales training sessions 2. Sales Strategy and Performance Monitoring Develop and implement effective sales strategies Analyze sales results and take corrective actions where needed Define clear KPIs and prepare monthly reports 3. You can also communicate effectively in French and English, which facilitates collaboration with colleagues across different regions. The headquarters are based in Berchem (Antwerp), but you will work in all different regions of Flanders with you clients.
