Join a team of over 200 sales professionals committed to guiding future learners in their professional projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming inquiries and qualify them: listen to clients' specific needs to guide them effectively in defining and achieving their training goals. Your interactions will help them build a solid and fulfilling professional future.
2. Manage the complete sales cycle: from initial contact during discovery calls to ongoing support and closing. Your role is key to establishing trust and proposing solutions aligned with each client's ambitions.
3. Actively contribute to the evolution of our offerings and improve sales processes.
With your proximity to the field and expertise, you will be a valuable resource to refine our practices. Your feedback will help us better meet client expectations and optimize our methods, ensuring impactful training pathways.
Ideal profile:
* You hold a Bac+2 level qualification.
* You have successful experience in tele-sales.
* You enjoy working on the phone and quickly establishing connections.
* You are ambitious, motivated, and enjoy challenges.
* You excel at building trust, with a good sense of humor, even on Monday mornings ;-)
* You want to progress quickly and be rewarded for your efforts.
* You are organized and know how to prioritize tasks.
