L’ISCOD, spécialiste de la formation en Digital Learning, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, Consultant informatique, un(e) System, Network Security Administration en contrat d'apprentissage, pour préparer l’une de nos formations diplômantes reconnues par l'Etat, de niveau 5 à niveau 7 (Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3 ou Mastère/Bac+5).

Missions :
With state-of-the-art equipment and proprietary software optimized for reverseengineering and chip security analysis, Texplained supports chip manufacturers,governments, and integrators in security assessments, hardware backdoor detection,data extraction, and digital forensics.
System, Network Security Administration
Managing Texplained’s IT infrastructure, including :
* Configuring workstations (Mac Windows) and servers (Linux), handling updates,backups, security, hardware replacements, licensing, and user support
* Administering company networks (wired Wi-Fi), routers, switches, IP addressing,and WAN connection
* Managing Linux-based internal services (DHCP, DNS, NAS, Jira, Git, etc.)
* Administering the texplained.com website hosting (OVH), including PHP MySQLupgrades and backups
* Updating the texplained.com website (WordPress, WooCommerce, Sensei Pro +Vimeo)
* Administering an AWS + Linux FTPS server, user management, security updates,scheduled tasks, TLS certificate management
* Administering DNS (Gandi)
* Managing Google Workspace (user creation, permissions, security) and Google Ads support
Software Testing Support (in English)
Working closely with our development team and customers, your mission includes:
1. Software Testing
* Writing test plans
* Designing test cases based on software requirements
* Creating test datasets
* Writing and executing manual and automated test cases
* Enhancing the test environment (scripting)
* Analyzing, qualifying, and tracking bugs
2. Customer Support (in English)
* Delivering, installing, and training customers on our software
* Handling customer requests (written and phone support, mainly in English)
* Reproducing issues and coordinating with the internal team for troubleshooting
* Developing investigation and resolution plans
* Providing workarounds for incidents
* Managing support tickets and collaborating with various company departments
* Documenting support cases in a knowledge base
* Ensuring service level agreements are met
* Reporting on handled cases and time spent with clients
* Proposing service quality improvements
* Managing customer access rights
Profil :
* Passion for IT and software testing
* Interest in security and hacking
* Customer-oriented mindset for technical support
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Curiosity and willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and interface with multiple teams
* Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networks
* Basic knowledge of Linux systems
Bonus Skills
* Experience with Windows environments and C#
* Knowledge of testing environments (XStudio, QTest) and Virtual Machines
* Experience in:
* Automated testing for complex software
* Home networking and basic network services (DHCP, DNS, HTTP)
* WordPress, PHP/MySQL
* AWS, PGP, vsftpd, Let’s Encrypt
* Google Workspace Google Ads
