Job Description:

FRENCH:

Poste basé en région lyonnaise.

Mission pour accroissement temporaire d'activité, vos responsabilités seront :

1. Valider les commandes clients et les suivre jusqu’à la livraison
2. Contrôler et résoudre les problèmes EDI client erroné
3. Gérer les demandes de transports internes et externes
4. Suivre les réclamations clients & RMA si besoin
5. Assurer la gestion administrative des documents Import-Export
6. Assurer l’approvisionnement et le suivi des emballages retournables
7. Assurer l’approvisionnement des composants et en faire le suivi via l’ERP
8. Reporter les indicateurs de performance

ENGLISH:

Position based in the Lyon region.

During this temporary increase in workload, your responsibilities will be:

9. Validate customer orders and track them until delivery

• Check and resolve incorrect customer EDI issues

• Manage internal and external transport requests

• Follow up on customer complaints and RMAs as needed

• Handle the administrative management of import/export documents

• Ensure the supply and tracking of returnable packaging

• Ensure the supply of components and track them via the ERP

Required Skills and Education

FRENCH:

10. Formation :Bac + 2/3 Supply Chain
11. Connaissances logistiques transport
12. Connaissances des Incoterms
13. Expérience de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire
14. Maîtriser Pack Office (Word, Excel)
15. Maîtriser outil ERP
16. Anglais courant
17. Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, aisance relationnelle et de communication, organisation et réactivité, rigueur, travail en équipe, autonomie, être force de proposition, sens du service client. Bonne capacité d’adaptation

ENGLISH:

18. Education: 2–3 years of higher education in supply chain management

• Knowledge of transport logistics

• Knowledge of Incoterms

. At least 5 years' experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Proficiency in ERP tools

• Fluent English

• Ability to analyse and synthesise, interpersonal and communication skills, organisational skills and responsiveness, rigour, teamwork, autonomy, proactive approach, customer service skills. Good adaptability
