LE RÔLE

Nous cherchons un(e) talent pour devenir notre prochain(e) Apprenti(e) Chef(fe) de Projet Junior. Ce rôle, essentiel au sein de l’agence, sert de pont entre nos équipes créatives et les clients qui nous font confiance.


VOTRE TERRAIN DE JEU

* Cadrage des projets : définition précise des besoins, élaboration des livrables, structuration des plannings de production
* Coordination projet : Gestion et pilotage des talents internes et externes
* Pilotage de production créative : préparer les briefs qui inspirent, suivre chaque étape jusqu'à la validation finale
* Traffic management : organiser le staffing des équipes, établir le planning hebdomadaire, arbitrer les priorités avec agilité
* Communication agence : préparer les calendriers éditoriaux, suivre la création de contenu, entretenir les relations avec les médias professionnels
* Veille et explorations : veille sectorielle, innovations émergentes et avancées en Gen AI

De formation type Master 2, vous entrez idéalement en dernière année d'études en Ecole de Commerce, de Communication, ou de Digital.

* Mode de travail : Hybride (4 jours au bureau/semaine)

THE ROLE

We're seeking a talented individual to become our next Junior Project Manager Apprentice. This role, essential within the agency, serves as a bridge between our creative teams and the clients who trust us.


YOUR PLAYGROUND

* Project framing: precise definition of needs, development of deliverables, structuring production schedules
* Project coordination: Management and leadership of internal and external talent
* Creative production oversight: preparing inspiring briefs, following each step until final validation
* Traffic management: organizing team staffing, establishing weekly planning, skillfully prioritizing
* Agency communication: preparing editorial calendars, overseeing content creation, maintaining relationships with professional media
* Research and exploration: sector monitoring, emerging innovations and advances in Gen AI


WHAT YOU'LL BRING


With a Master 2 type education, you are ideally entering your final year of studies in a Business, Communication, or Digital School.
