Dans le cadre d'un remplacement temporaire, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Famille pour une durée minimale de 3 mois.
Profil recherché
Diplôme en travail social de niveau III minimum : DE CESF, DUT Carrières Sociales / Animation Sociale, DEJEPS ou diplômes équivalents.
Expérience souhaitée auprès des familles, de la parentalité ou en centre social.
Expérience en animation de projets collectifs appréciée.
Activités principales
Le/la Responsable Famille
Élaborer et rédiger le projet familles en lien avec l'équipe, dans le cadre du projet social du centre
Exercer des fonctions : d'animation directe auprès des famille et de coordination d'actions, projets et programmes
Concevoir les fiches actions et valoriser les initiatives individuelles et collectives
Accueillir, écouter, informer et orienter les familles dans une démarche participative et coopérative
Identifier, analyser et prendre en compte les attentes et besoins des familles
Animer les réunions partenariales liées aux champs de la parentalité et de la famille
Assurer le suivi administratif des actions : rédaction de projets et dossiers de financement, bilans et comptes rendus d'exécution et évaluation des actions menées
Vérifier les supports de communication et organiser la diffusion des informations auprès des publics et partenaires
Prévoir et évaluer les moyens financiers, humains et logistiques nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du projet familles
Travail en partenariat et coordination
Contribuer au diagnostic partagé du territoire dans le cadre du projet social et du projet familles
Constituer, développer et animer un réseau d'acteurs locaux autour de la parentalité et de la famille
Mobiliser et accompagner les bénévoles et associations partenaires
Participer au développement de la vie associative du centre social
Coordonner les agents impliqués dans les actions et projets
Favoriser l'expression des familles et le soutien entre pairs (groupes d'échanges)
Renforcer le lien entre familles et établissements scolaires (accompagnement à la scolarité)
Favoriser les relations de confiance entre parents et professionnels et le lien social (temps festifs, événements)
Savoirs et savoir-faire
Connaissance des problématiques liées à la famille et à la parentalité
Connaissance des acteurs locaux, de leurs missions et modes de fonctionnement
Connaissances pédagogiques adaptées aux différents publics
Maîtrise des outils informatique
Maîtrise de la méthodologie de projet (diagnostic, objectifs, mise en œuvre, évaluation)
Capacité à définir les objectifs du projet animation collective familles
Garant du respect de la réglementation des activités et projets
Savoir – être
Sens de l'accueil et de l'écoute
Disponibilité, rigueur et discrétion
