En collaboration étroite avec différents services, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes: Gestion et Suivi des commandes Export Transformation des prévisions en commandes fermes, vérification de la disponibilité produits, suivi clientèle. Pilotage logistique des expéditions Lancement des préparations auprès des prestataires transport et logistique, gestion administrative (factures, certificats, documents qualité). Suivi des prévisions et coordination Gestion de l'outil APS (modifications, alignement M3-APS, suivi des reliquats) Gestion des litiges et satisfaction clients Gestion des réclamations clients. Profile Description : Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Licence ou Master en Commerce International et recherchez un stage vous permettant d'évoluer dans un environnement international dynamique et opérationnel. Doté(e) d'un excellent sens du service client, d'un bon esprit d'analyse vous appréciez travailler en équipe et savez prendre des initiatives. Vous maîtrisez les bases du commerce international et possédez un anglais professionnel.
