Une entreprise internationale de premier plan est à la recherche d’un professionnel juridique bilingue pour rejoindre son équipe interne dynamique. Ce poste polyvalent est idéal pour un para-juridique, un technicien juridique, un assistant juridique ou un avocat à la recherche d'un meilleur équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle.

Ouvert aux candidats bilingues partout au Canada – possibilité de télétravail à 100 %.

Vos Responsabilités


* Traduire et réviser des documents juridiques (Anglais Français)
* Rédiger des contrats, des amendements, des avenants et de la correspondance juridique
* Gérer le processus de signature, l’archivage et le respect des délais
* Participer à la mise à jour de la documentation réglementaire
* Soutenir les équipes internes dans l’interprétation et la mise en œuvre des accords
* Assurer la conformité légale (confidentialité, marques de commerce, contrats)
* Collaborer avec des équipes et des partenaires situés au Canada, aux États-Unis, en Europe et en Australie

Profil Recherché

* Diplôme en droit, administration juridique ou autre domaine pertinent
* De 5 à 7 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un cabinet ou une entreprise
* Expérience en traduction juridique (minimum 4 ans)
* Esprit rigoureux, organisé, discret et autonome
* Maîtrise des outils comme le Registraire des entreprises du Québec, eCore, etc.

A leading international company is seeking a bilingual legal professional to join its dynamic internal team. This versatile position is ideal for a paralegal, legal technician, legal assistant, or a lawyer seeking a better work-life balance.

Open to bilingual candidates across Canada — fully remote position possible.

Your Responsibilities

* Translate and revise legal documents (English French)
* Draft contracts, amendments, addenda, and legal correspondence
* Manage the signing process, archiving and compliance with deadlines
* Participate in updating regulatory documentation
* Support internal teams in the interpretation and implementation of agreements
* Ensure legal compliance (confidentiality, trademarks, contracts)

Profile Sought
