The Thales CDI Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) supports all Business Lines with their digital products—both existing and in development. We provide ready-to-use, high-end solutions built on the latest technologies and practices, while actively participating in strategic discussions and programs to accelerate digital opportunities.

The CCoE connects a vibrant tech ecosystem with Business Line requirements and Thales Group standards to ensure seamless delivery and rapid innovation. Within this team, we manage various strategic programs designed to ensure the state-of-the-art adoption of key technological and business drivers, such as Sovereign Cloud, AI, Data, and digital operating models.


As a Strategic Digital Program Manager, you will be the owner of strategic transversal topics. Your mission? Transforming ideas and emerging business questions into successful implementations for digital growth.

As a forward-thinking leader and efficient organizer, you will be a key asset in monitoring the deployment of strategic transversal programs. With your understanding of the tech and business ecosystems, you will connect with C-level executives, senior managers, leading technophiles, and influential external digital actors to actively contribute to strategic discussions. As an efficient leader, you will drive the implementation and follow-up of these discussions within a transversal matrix.


Your ability to turn concept and ideas into an action plan, your ease in public speaking, your ability to listen and persuade, your rapid grasp of complex problems, and your holistic vision will be critical for your success.

15. You are a graduate of a Master 2 or a school of an equivalent level
