L’équipe data science d’Ardian est basée à Paris, Londres et New York et couvre une grande variété de sujets à travers l’ensemble de l’entreprise.

Le rôle

Intégré au sein de l’équipe data science, le stagiaire data scientist sera amené à travailler sur des projets data directement liés aux actifs en portefeuille d’Ardian (entreprises industrielles dans les énergies renouvelables, transport, retail, healthcare, etc.) ou encore plus transverse au sein de l’entreprise (avec par exemple de la generative AI, etc.)

Ce poste requiert une grande part d’autonomie qui s’accompagne également d’une supervision régulière par les autres data scientists et managers de l’équipe. Il offre également une exposition directe au management des entreprises concernées, ainsi qu’aux problématiques actuelles de décarbonation et de développement durable.

En fonction de la charge de travail et des envies du stagiaire, celui-ci pourra également être amené à travailler sur des sujets liés aux activités plus générales d’investissement et d’asset management du fonds.

Le profil

* Etudiant en 3ème année (stage de fin d’études) ou de 2ème année (2ème stage de césure) d’école d’ingénieur ou école de commerce actuellement en Master de Data Science, Statistiques, Mathématiques, Recherche Opérationnelle ou domaine assimilé

* Première expérience en data science requise

* Maîtrise avancée de Python requise

* Anglais courant indispensable

* Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et Powerpoint appréciée

About the Team

The data science team is based in Paris, London and New York and covers a wide range of topics across the entire company.

The role

Integrated within the data science team, the intern data scientist will work on data projects directly related to Ardian's portfolio assets (ie industrial companies in various sectors such as renewable energy, transportation, retail, healthcare etc.) as well as more transverse projects within the company (such as generative AI, etc.)

This position requires a certain degree of autonomy, always accompanied by regular supervision from other data scientists and team managers. It also offers direct exposure to the management of the concerned companies, as well as current issues of decarbonization and sustainable development.

Depending on the workload and the intern's interests, they may also work on topics related to the fund's more general investment and asset management activities.

Profile

* 3rd-year student (end-of-studies internship) or 2nd-year student (2nd gap year internship) of engineering or business school, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or related field

* Advanced proficiency in Python required

* Fluent English essential

* Good command of Excel and PowerPoint appreciated
