Missions à réaliser ● Qualify and evaluate the scope of a potential incident, and further identify the capabilities required to respond ● Tooling,ability to use off the self tools or self develop based on situation. ● Online and offline analysis following templates and procedures, but ability to work autonomously. ● Development of additional templates and procedures based on evaluation of unusual situation or identified specific needs ● Large log volume analysis ● Reverse engineering ● Remote and international operations in varying cultural contexts ● Internal and external communications with the ability to write Reports / Post incident reporting and others ● High level of Communication Skills and working with the Customer (during Crisis or otherwise) ● Incident Handling or Incident Technical Lead Livrables attendus Quality of Communications including reporting, Incident Handling. All subject to CSAT and IR Team Leader monitory.
