Founded by Spanish-born Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917 and established in Paris in 1937, the original House of Balenciaga defined modern couture with its many innovations to form and technique.

Today it continues to uphold the vision of the House through boundary-pushing collections including women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, accessories, and objets d’art. The brand’s unprecedented interactions with the expanding digital realm, material developments, and today’s social responsibilities keep it at the forefront of modernity.

In 2021, Balenciaga’s 50th Couture collection—the House’s first since its founder retired in 1968 – reintroduces a standard of cutting-edge elegance.
From October 2015 to July 2025, Demna designed both men’s and women’s collections as the Artistic Director.

In July 2025, Pierpaolo Piccioli was appointed Creative Director of Balenciaga.

Your opportunity

You will report to the Creative Project Manager for Gifting & Activation and will contribute to the development of client gifts as well as in-store activations.

How you will contribute

* Contribute to gifting development in collaboration with suppliers

* Organize and file received documentation (technical files, samples, timelines, quotes)

* Analyze supplier proposals and prepare summaries

* Inspect samples and formalize feedback

* Update and monitor project presentations

* Archive and organize development samples

* Collaborate with the Clienteling department to update shared resources

* Prepare guidelines for the international rollout of client gifts

* Conduct competitive analysis on retail activations and gifting innovations

* Contribute to agency benchmarks and market trend research

* Prepare presentations for management meetings (visuals, key highlights, timelines)

* Provide operational support for key meetings (logistics, sample shipments, etc.)

Who you are

* Bachelor’s or Master’s student in a business school, communication, or marketing

* A first experience in product development or gifting projects is a plus

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

* Fluent in French and English (Italian is a plus)

* Strong analytical and presentation skills

* Good organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

* You are interested in industry trends and enjoy working with a dynamic and flexible team.

* You are a team player, detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable in a fast-changing environment, and have strong interpersonal skills.

* You are also well-organized and able to manage your workload effectively.
