Robotics field engineer

This position comes with frequent trips to trade-shows or on field misions.


Seniority & profile :

* From 4 years of professionnel experience using software engineering.
* With more than 3 years of applied knowledge in robotics.
* Background skills are a strong knowledge of robotics fundamentals : kinematics, dynamics, controls, estimation, computer vision.
* Good software engineering experience : Modern C++ and OOP skills, as well as some experience with standard robotics tools will help (ROS, URDF, MuJoCo, Eigen, etc.)
* Familiarity with software testing methodologies and version control (e.g., Git)
* Strong communication skills and familiarity with Agile processes (sprint planning, design/code reviews).
* With a Master/Engineering degree


The Application team works on both :

* Use-case specific softwares with highly technical components including in computer vision, motion planning or behavior generation.
* The frameworks that allow the development of this software by our partners & robotic integrator network. Including defining and exposing safely the public API of Aru's core features.


This position is hands-on and will focus on integrating, testing and deploying the elements of the application stack. Starting in our R&D playground and moving to the field.
