Role Overview
Join a dynamic digital transformation team focused on implementing and enhancing Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) processes on the ServiceNow platform. This role aims to modernize HR operations through automation, self-service, and optimized workflows, delivering an improved employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and enhance core HRSD modules: Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Services.
* Collaborate with HR stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to gather and validate business requirements.
* Configure and maintain workflows, SLAs, approvals, and notifications specific to HR processes.
* Support the adoption of best practices in HR service delivery and employee engagement.
* Develop and maintain HR Service Catalog items and associated fulfillment flows.
* Participate in UAT, documentation, and post-deployment support activities.
Technical Skills Required
* 3+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (both client-side and server-side).
* Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
* Customization and configuration of HR-specific forms, lists, and workflows.
* Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Update Sets.
* Understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and performance tuning.
Desirable Skills
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or HRSD-specific certifications).
* Experience with Employee Center Pro, Lifecycle Events, or Journey Accelerator.
* Background working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Knowledge of Service Portal customization or front-end development (AngularJS).
* Experience in multi-instance or multi-tenant ServiceNow environments.
