Experienced human and organizational factors specialist (d/f/m)

**Job Description:**

*Airbus Helicopters* is looking for a Experienced Human and Organizational Factors Specialist (f/m) to join our *Human and Organizational Factors *(HOF) department based in *Marignane, France*.

You will be part of a team driving the development, implementation and maturation (D/F/M) of Human and Organizational Factors.

As part of the methods, tools and data department, you will be involved in ensure an efficient cooperation with Airbus HOF network.


* Your challenges:*
* Design fit to Human in manufacturing
* Reduction of non-quality (RC, product safety, customers satisfaction)
* Ensure safe and efficient Human-Industrial environment
* Reduction of production recurring costs,
* Better usability, acceptance change, time to deploy (avoiding project failure...)
* Develop capabilities to measure Human-Machine interaction efficiency
* Users involvement: users’ needs and feedback considered on the process
* Your profile:*
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex HOF & ergonomics concepts into practical solutions
* Very strong project management and organizational skills
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and overall hierarchy levels up to the Excom
* Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. (French, German, Spanish are an advantage)
* Familiarity with aviation safety regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA) and safety management systems (SMS) is highly desirable
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* A proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and innovation
