Role Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure our services are designed, deployed, and operated at scale with high availability and performance. You will work closely with development teams to build and maintain infrastructure and tooling that underpin our platform's reliability, driving innovation and operational excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Develop shared services to enhance velocity and innovation
2. Integrate community products into our ecosystem
3. Develop tooling using scripting or programming languages
4. Collaborate and share knowledge within the team
5. Support migration of business solutions to our new infrastructure using code, automation, and CI/CD
6. Manage and improve shared services and tooling for availability, scalability, and efficiency
7. Build reliable, resilient production systems
8. Enhance automation stacks and CI/CD pipelines
9. Create and maintain technical and user documentation
10. Perform daily operational tasks including change management and monitoring
11. Ensure security in our services, considering the payment industry's security requirements

Candidate Profile

* Academic or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years of Linux experience in a high-availability environment
* Self-motivated and autonomous
* Proficient in development/programming
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Experience with storage products (HPE, HDS, NetApp, PureStorage, etc.), block/file storage, SAN/FC, SAN/IP
* Familiar with version control (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket), Puppet, Terraform, scripting languages, network protocols, and monitoring tools
* Experience with multi-data center setups, hybrid infrastructure, and security standards

Preferred Skills

* Experience with micro-frontend architecture service discovery
* Previous SRE or operational role experience
* Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure)
* Knowledge of cloud security and compliance standards
