MISSION Au sein de la nouvelle activité Data Center du Groupe, le/la Directeur Programmes Adjoint pilote, de bout en bout, un portefeuille de projets (France puis Europe) : prospect, faisabilité, conception, construction, mise en service et hand-over client/opérateur. Il/elle sécurise les engagements coût / délai / qualité / performance énergétique & IT sur ces projets stratégiques pour le Groupe. MISSIONS PRINCIPALES 1. Pilotage global des programmes DC • Prendre en charge un ou plusieurs projets DC (hyperscale, colocation, edge…) dès le prospect foncier avec toutes les phases d’étude et permis, jusqu’à la mise en service. • Structurer la gouvernance projet : planning directeur, jalons, comités, reporting groupe. • Garantir le respect des engagements contractuels, des SLA techniques (Service Level Agreement) et des objectifs de performance (PUE, disponibilité, résilience). 2. Management de projet TCE & coordination des équipes •Coordonner les équipes internes : ingénierie, travaux, achats, legal, finance, ENR, filiales locales. •Piloter les partenaires externes : MOE spécialisées DC, bureaux d’études CVC/élec, constructeurs, intégrateurs, fournisseurs de solutions (cooling, power, IT rooms, etc.). •Animer les réunions projet (internes et clients), formaliser les décisions et plans d’actions. 3. Relation client & gestion contractuelle •Être l’interlocuteur privilégié du client (investisseur, opérateur DC, utilisateur final). •Contribuer, en lien avec la Direction Générale et Financière, au montage du business plan, puis à la négociation des avenants, claims, pénalités, bonus/malus. •Assurer une communication transparente et régulière sur l’avancement, les risques et les arbitrages à effectuer. 4. Maîtrise des risques, coûts & délais •Construire et mettre à jour le budget détaillé des opérations (CAPEX construction, CAPEX équipements techniques), en transversalité avec les équipes de IDEC Ingénierie. •Mettre en place les outils de suivi : avancement, reste à faire, dérives, actions correctives. •Identifier en amont les risques (techniques, planning, supply chain, réglementaires) et proposer des scénarios de mitigation. 5. Qualité, performance & mise en service •Garantir l’atteinte des objectifs de performance : PUE, niveaux de redondance (Tier II/III/IV ou équivalent), disponibilité, SLA. •Piloter les phases de FAT / SAT, tests intégrés, mise en service progressive et fiabilisation (commissioning). •Organiser le transfert aux équipes d’exploitation, la documentation as-built et les clôtures contractuelles. PROFIL Issu d’une formation d’Ingénieur BTP, vous disposez d'au moins dix ans d'expérience réussie dans la gestion de projets immobiliers. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur, vos qualités relationnelles et votre capacité à proposer des solutions. Organisé et perspicace, audacieux, vous aspirez à intégrer une filiale du groupe en tant que le Maître d’Ouvrage, avec une vision globale du projet, de la maîtrise foncière à la livraison clé en main de l’immeuble, tout en restant l’interlocuteur unique du client. Within the Group’s new Data Center business unit, the Assistant Program Director manages a portfolio of projects (in France and then Europe) from start to finish: site identification, feasibility studies, design, construction, commissioning, and handover to the client/operator. He or she ensures that cost, schedule, quality, and energy & IT performance commitments are met for these strategic projects. Key responsibilities 1. Overall program management •Manage one or more DC projects (hyperscale, colocation, edge, etc.) from the early-stage land identification through all design and permitting phases, up to commissioning. •Structure project governance: master schedule, milestones, steering, and group reporting. •Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, technical SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and performance targets (PUE, availability, resilience). 2. Turnkey Project Management & Team Coordination •Coordinate internal teams: engineering, construction, procurement, legal, finance, renewable energy, and local subsidiaries. •Manage external partners: specialized construction management firms, HVAC/electrical design firms, contractors, integrators, and solution providers (cooling, power, IT rooms, etc.). •Facilitate project meetings (internal and with clients), formalize decisions and action plans. 3. Client Relations & Contract Management •Serve as the primary point of contact for the client (investor, data center operator, end user). •Contribute, in collaboration with General Management and Finance, to the development of the business plan, followed by the negotiation of amendments, claims, penalties, and performance-based incentives. •Ensure transparent and regular communication regarding progress, risks, and required arbitrations. 4. Risk, Cost, & Schedule Management •Develop and update the detailed project budget (construction CAPEX, technical equipment CAPEX) in collaboration with Engineering teams. •Implement monitoring tools: progress tracking, remaining work, variances, and corrective actions. •Anticipate risks (technical, scheduling, supply chain, regulatory) and propose mitigation strategies. 5. Quality, Performance & Commissioning •Ensure that performance objectives are met: PUE, redundancy levels (Tier II/III/IV or equivalent), availability, SLAs. •Manage the FAT/SAT phases, integrated testing, phased commissioning, and reliability testing (commissioning). •Organize the handover to operations teams, prepare as-built documentation, and finalize contractual matters. Profile With a degree in civil engineering, you have at least ten years of successful experience in real estate project management. You are known for your rigor, your interpersonal skills, and your ability to propose solutions. Organized, perceptive, and bold, you aspire to join a subsidiary of the group as the Project Manager, overseeing the entire project—from land control to the turnkey delivery of the building—while serving as the client’s single point of contact.
