Securitas is looking for a Global Corporate Cluster Director (Directeur des Activités et du Développement in French) in the Paris area.

Your Mission

As Global Corporate Cluster Director, you will:

- Drive operational excellence across multiple corporate client sites.
- Lead strategic client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery and high satisfaction.
- Oversee contract execution et compliance, aligning local delivery with global standards.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance et risk management, safeguarding operations across the cluster.
- Foster collaboration between local, regional, and global teams.
- Inspire and lead teams, building a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance.
